Packing station operating system
FulfillOS verifies every pack with a barcode scan and on-station video, links it to the order automatically, and gives your team one place to close claims and track fulfillment — not just a recording you hope you never need.

Connects to where your orders already are
The problem
A customer says the box arrived empty. Without a record, you're choosing between a refund and a fight you can't win.
No record of what went in the box
Or who packed it — every dispute starts from zero.
Refund issued by default
Faster to refund than investigate — margin leaks out one dispute at a time.
Resolved with FulfillOS: a lookup, not a case
Pull the recording, review it, and close the claim — all in the same system, in minutes.
Every pack becomes a filed record — timestamped, linked to the order, and ready the moment a claim is raised against it.
Barcode-verified · video-recorded · claim-ready · stored where you already keep your files
How it works
One system, from the first scan to a closed claim.
01
Before a box is sealed
Nothing moves on a guess.
A packing session only opens once the scanned barcode matches the order on file — wrong item, wrong order, the station stops there. Not after the courier has already left.

02
While the box is packed
The record makes itself.
Recording starts the moment the session opens and runs for the whole pack, then gets filed against that exact order the second it's sealed — never a loose clip on a shared drive somewhere.

If a customer pushes back
Claims close in the same system, not a separate hunt.
Raise a claim against the order and the linked recording and scan history are already attached. Review the evidence and mark it resolved without opening a second tool.

Built to be trusted
Enterprise-grade by default, not by upgrade.
Every organization's orders, videos, and claims are isolated at the database level — not just filtered in application code.
Store and courier API credentials are envelope-encrypted at rest, never stored or logged in plain text.
Packing video is on by default; audio is only ever captured if an organization explicitly turns it on for its own jurisdiction.
Footage is stored in the organization's own connected storage — Google Drive, OneDrive, S3, or Dropbox — never on FulfillOS's own servers.
See FulfillOS running on your own orders.
Tell us about your warehouse and order volume — we'll walk you through a live setup on your own store, with your own orders.
